Dr. Yaser Shyyab is a Lecturer in Leadership and Management at Buckinghamshire New University (since 2023), serving as Associate Course Director for the IMBA Programme. He holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of Huddersfield, where he also earned his Master's in Business and Human Resource Management. His research focuses on leadership dynamics, interpersonal trust, and knowledge sharing as catalysts for business innovation. Shyyab is a Chartered Management Institute member and recently obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP), achieving Fellowship status with the Higher Education Academy. He teaches on programs including the MA Sustainable Business and MBA International.
