Tina Benbow is a Lecturer and Module Leader in the Business and Partnerships team at the School of Business and Law, Buckinghamshire New University, a position she has held since January 2024. She teaches across a range of programs including BA (Hons) Business Management, BA (Hons) Digital Marketing, and BA (Hons) Marketing, supporting students from Foundation to Postgraduate levels. She also serves as a Business Partner Tutor for six university partners, both UK-based and international.

- MSc in Strategic People Management and Human Resources (Level 7 CIPD accredited) – Distinction
- BA (Hons) in Tourism Management – First Class Honours, University of Wolverhampton
Her research and teaching interests span business education, strategic management, human resources, tourism, and inclusion. With over 20 years of industry experience in travel and tourism, and two years in the charitable sector, her expertise enriches her academic practice. She has previously served as a master’s dissertation supervisor and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton, contributing to the Tourism and Hospitality programs.
Tina is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), reflecting her commitment to professional and academic development.
