Yalda Haji-Ghassemi

Yalda Haji-Ghassemi is affiliated with the Faculty of Business and Law. Her research focuses on small and medium enterprises (SMEs), internationalization strategies, and global business dynamics. She completed her doctoral thesis titled "SMEs and their Approaches to Internationalization: Continuities and Variations" in 2015 under the supervision of Professors Holmes and Guerrier. Her work examines the evolving patterns of SMEs entering international markets, emphasizing adaptability and strategic variations.
