معرفی
Xin Li, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Advanced Imaging Research Center, Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). He also serves as a collaborative scientist in the Division of Reproductive Sciences at the Oregon National Primate Research Center. Dr. Li holds a B.S. from the University of Science and Technology of China (1989) and a Ph.D. from the State University of New York, Stony Brook (1999). His research focuses on dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI, particularly investigating water exchange effects in clinical applications and physiological/pathological contexts.
His work integrates advanced MRI techniques for disease diagnosis and therapy monitoring, including studies on glioma imaging, breast cancer response prediction, and cerebral blood flow dynamics. He has contributed to multi-center clinical trials and platform development for quantitative MRI analysis. Notable collaborations involve interdisciplinary teams in neurology, oncology, and biomedical engineering.
Dr. Li’s research also explores novel imaging agents (e.g., ferumoxytol) and methodologies like metabolic activity diffusion imaging (MADI). His studies address critical challenges in image quantification, contrast agent behavior, and translational applications across cancer, neurology, and aging.
