Dr. Xiaomin Ma is a Professor in the Department of Engineering at Oral Roberts University. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications and has extensive academic experience, including teaching roles at China's Petroleum University and postdoctoral research at Duke University's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers and holds a U.S. patent.

He is an IEEE Senior Member and has contributed to academic publishing as a guest editor for multiple journals.
