Woody Davis is an Assistant Professor in the School of Human Development and Family Sciences at Oregon State University. He serves as the Columbia County 4-H Youth Development Professional, with a dual appointment (90% county-based 4-H, 10% statewide 4-H Challenge & Adventure). His work focuses on outdoor education, adventure programming, and community outreach through initiatives like Portable Challenge facilitation, ROPES courses, and wilderness programs for at-risk youth. Davis has over 35 years of experience in 4-H, spanning roles at New Mexico State University and Oregon State University.
