Woo Jin Chang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM). His research focuses on bionanotechnology, bioMEMS, biosensors, and point-of-care devices for environmental and biomedical monitoring. He holds a PhD (2001) and BE (1994) in Biological Engineering from Inha University, South Korea.
