Wonchan Choi is an Assistant Professor at the School of Information Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). He holds a PhD in Information Studies from Florida State University (2015) and previously worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Business School. His research focuses on information behavior, human-computer interaction (HCI), and accessibility/usability of information systems for underrepresented groups, such as older adults and visually impaired users. He has published extensively on topics like online credibility assessment and the design of inclusive digital systems.
