Wolfgang Widder is a Certified Psychologist and Lecturer with expertise in organizational development, supervision/coaching, and mobility consulting. His work spans leadership development, team consulting, conflict resolution training, and large-group interventions since 1977.
- Organizational Development: 15+ years in social/educational sectors, 1987–1997 with the Society for Organizational Development (GOE)
- Mobility Consulting: Founded an ecological mobility consulting company in 1994 Cultural Management: Led projects like "2lesen1" and "Wieslocher LesArt" from the 1990s onwards
