Prof. Lutz Gaspers is a Professor of Civil Engineering and Vice Rector for Studies and Teaching at HFT Stuttgart. He specializes in mobility and transport planning, with expertise in infrastructure management, urban development, and smart city technologies. His roles include overseeing academic programs such as the Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Infrastructure Management, and Master in Transport Infrastructure Management.
