Wioletta GURDAK is a Polish language professor at the College of Europe’s Languages and Intercultural Dialogue Office on the Natolin campus. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in teaching Polish as a foreign language to professionals from international organizations, embassies, and private sectors. She joined the institution in January 2007, designing courses for all proficiency levels (pre-A1 to C2) and delivering workshops for staff and students.
Education: MA in Philology (University of Warsaw Polish Studies Department) and post-graduate specialization in Polish Glottodidactics. She co-authored Polskie czytanki textbook series with Dr Wojciech SOSNOWSKI.
Her career involved training EU translators during Poland’s EU accession, working with OSCE, Frontex, and European Commission representatives. Methodological expertise includes curriculum development for diverse sectors like finance, law, and hospitality.
Labs/Teams: Active in the Languages and Intercultural Dialogue unit, contributing to multilingual education programs at the College of Europe.
