Winetta Oloo is a Professor at the School of Behavioral Health, Loma Linda University, specializing in Counseling and Family Science. She has held the position of Associate Dean at the School of Behavioral Health since 2013, demonstrating leadership in academic administration alongside her research and teaching roles.

Recent publications examine obesity-related behaviors in Caribbean adolescents, recovery-oriented clinical supervision, and community-based interventions for marginalized youth. These works intersect psychology, public health, and social work, emphasizing cultural contexts and systemic resilience.
