Willie Delwiche

Willie Delwiche is a Business Administration Lecturer at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) since 2023. He holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a B.A. in Economics and Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.

His research focuses on evidence-based approaches for investor risk management and the psychological dimensions of financial decision-making. Delwiche also actively serves on several boards, including Camp Phillip’s Board of Directors and St. Lucas’ Board of Trustees. He advises WLC’s Warrior Investment Club and contributes to community ministry through Small Group Ministry leadership at St. Lucas.

Professionally, he is a CFA Charterholder and Chartered Market Technician (CMT). Prior to academia, he spent over 20 years in financial services, notably as a Managing Director and Investment Strategist at Baird, where he managed $400 million in tactical ETF portfolios and influenced institutional-level insights through Hi Mount Research.

Delwiche maintains a presence in media, with past appearances on Fox Business and CNBC, and continues speaking at events and podcasts.
