William White is an Adjunct Lecturer at the MHA/MBA Army Baylor Graduate Program since 2022 and a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. He holds a BS in Psychology with a Biology minor (2006, Texas Christian University), dual master's degrees in Health and Business Administration (2015, Baylor University), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Healthcare Management and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. His research focuses on organizational productivity drivers with policy and managerial implications.

Kyle White's research bridges organizational economics, health economics, and leadership studies. He teaches Principles of Macroeconomics and Marketing Management at Baylor.
