Dr. Allison Ferro is an Assistant Professor at Baylor University's MHA/MBA Army Baylor Graduate Program and a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, with service since 2008 spanning clinical, administrative, and leadership roles. She holds a PhD in Nursing Science (University of Texas at Austin, 2023), an MS in Health Administration (Trident University, 2015), and a BSN (Molloy University, 2008).
Her research focuses on:
- Combat casualty care optimization
- Post-traumatic growth in nursing professionals
- International nursing collaboratives
- Military healthcare systems and nursing education
