William (Will) Warihay is a Lecturer at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology. He teaches trial practice and coaches the nationally-ranked Georgia Tech Mock Trial team. Previously, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Elon University, teaching trial practice and coaching mock trial teams. He is also an active litigation attorney specializing in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment law since 2010. He holds a J.D. from Elon University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Elon University.

His research interests focus on policy process, leadership development, and pre-law education. He actively contributes to legal education through coaching and curriculum development.
Will serves as Treasurer of the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) Board and has been on its Executive Committee since 2012, including a three-year term as President (2018–2020). His legal practice spans litigation and labor law, balancing academic and professional roles.
