William U. Latham

Dr. William U. Latham serves as interim Vice President for Student Affairs at Stockton University, focusing on student development through co-curricular programs and experiential learning. Previously, he held leadership roles at Virginia Union University (Vice President of Enrollment Management) and University of the District of Columbia (Chief Student Development Officer). His academic background includes serving as Adjunct Professor at Tennessee State University's Honors Program, where he developed leadership curricula and founded the D.R.E.A.M. mentoring project achieving 90% student retention.
