William Tov

William Tov is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Singapore Management University's School of Social Sciences and serves as Deputy Director of the Centre for Research on Successful Ageing (ROSA). His research program examines multilevel well-being processes, investigating cultural influences on societal-level well-being while analyzing micro-level fluctuations in emotion and satisfaction influenced by personality traits, social interactions, and life circumstances.

Key themes include mental health interventions, technology adoption among elderly, urban design equity, and cross-national relationship satisfaction.
