William Rodney

William Rodney is a Senior Lecturer in Valuation at the Bayes Business School, part of City St George's, University of London. His expertise spans Real Estate Finance, Property Valuation, and Risk Assessment, with a focus on public-private partnerships (PFI) and international markets. He holds a DipLA from the University of Bristol and an MSc from City University London, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1972.

His research interests include financial modeling, real estate development strategies, and risk management in property investments. He has advised on PFI schemes, urban regeneration projects, and global property markets, particularly in Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Rodney has authored numerous books and chapters, including New Development Funding Techniques in the 1990's and Understanding Risk and Optimal Timing in Real Estate Development.
