Dr. Nicole Lux is a Senior Research Fellow and Project Director at the Faculty of Finance, Bayes Business School (City, University of London). She holds a PhD in Real Estate Finance from the University of Reading and has extensive industry experience spanning Deutsche Bank, Moody’s Investor Service, and Citigroup. Her research focuses on real estate debt finance, credit rating methodologies, and regulatory frameworks like Basel. She leads the Commercial Real Estate Lending Report, enhancing market transparency for regulators and investors. Lux is an External Examiner at Oxford University and a frequent speaker at industry events like CREFC and MSCI.
