William Reed

William Gary Reed is Professor of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, holding the S.T. Harris Family Distinguished Chair and Eva A. Rosenthal Professorship. As Associate Dean for Quality, Safety, and Outcomes Education, he leads initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery systems.

His research focuses on clinical quality improvement methodologies, patient safety frameworks, and medical education innovations. Recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor, he is a Master of the American College of Physicians.
