William R. Kerr is the Dimitri V. D'Arbeloff MBA Class of 1955 Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Research. He co-directs the Managing the Future of Work initiative and chairs the Launching New Ventures program. His research focuses on migration’s impact on business, innovation ecosystems, and global talent dynamics. He authored The Gift of Global Talent, examining migration’s role in reshaping economies and societies.
