Dr. Fei Qin is an Associate Professor and Director of Cross Faculty Studies at the University of Bath, with affiliations to the Centre for Future of Work and the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Bath. She holds a PhD from MIT and a BA from Peking University. Her research focuses on international management, labor markets, and entrepreneurship, particularly global talent mobility, innovation ecosystems, and technological impacts on work. She has served as an Editorial Board member for the Journal of International Business Studies and previously held roles at LSE and ILO. She is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Imperial College London and actively contributes to academic governance as a Senator at Bath.
