William Milberg is a Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School (HMS). He serves as Director of the Translational Research Center for TBI and Stress Disorders (TRACTS) and Associate Director for Research at the Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) within the VA Boston Healthcare System. His work focuses on the psychological, neurobiological, and molecular consequences of deployment trauma, particularly traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), aiming to develop innovative treatments for Veterans.
