William Hamilton serves as Professor in the Department of Geography and Sustainability at Salem State University, where he maintains an active teaching schedule including courses in meteorology, oceanography, and GIS. With over 35 years of educational experience spanning elementary to post-doctoral levels, he developed seventeen new courses, established the Digital Geography Laboratory, and created both the Masters and Ph.D. programs in Geo-Information Science.
