William H. Dutton is the Quello Professor of Media and Information Policy at Michigan State University and Director of the Quello Center. He previously served as the Founding Director of the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) at the University of Oxford (2002–2011) and held professorships at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication (Emeritus status).
