William Crossen serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sport and Nutrition at the University of Central Bedfordshire, where he is a BPS and HCPC-accredited sport and exercise psychologist with extensive applied experience across elite disability football and professional women's clubs.
His academic credentials include a BSc (Hons), MSc, and PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology, complemented by professional qualifications as a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), HCPC registration, and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Crossen's research centers on creating psychologically-informed environments through investigations of identity in disability sport, practitioner development, and psychological wellbeing using qualitative methodologies.
