Dr. William Bendix is an Associate Professor of International Relations and Intelligence at Dakota State University, serving as Undergraduate Coordinator for the Cyber Leadership and Intelligence Program. He specializes in congressional dynamics, national security law, and surveillance legislation. His research examines how legislative processes shape intelligence and foreign policy, with a focus on post-9/11 surveillance laws like the Patriot Act.
