Will Foster serves as Professor of Law and Dean of the School of Law at the University of Arkansas, where he teaches tax, business, and transactional law courses including Federal Income Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Wills & Trusts, while advising the Business Law Concentration program.
His academic credentials include a B.S. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Arkansas; a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas; and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
Foster's research bridges tax policy, business entity design, and transactional law with contemporary applications in art markets and legal technology. His scholarship critically examines tax risk frameworks, presidential authority in tax administration, and the impact of automation on contract drafting, consistently connecting theoretical legal principles to real-world business practices.
