Michael J. Hussey is an Associate Professor of Law and former Dean (2021-2024) at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. He specializes in taxation, business organizations, wills, trusts, and estate planning. Hussey founded the Business Advising Program, emphasizing client advisory skills for students. He leads the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, enabling students to assist low-to-moderate-income taxpayers.
