Tiffany Cossey serves as Associate Professor of Accounting and Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at Drury University's Breech School of Business Administration, where she has taught since 2010. Her role combines academic instruction with community service, providing free tax preparation for low-income taxpayers while mentoring students in practical tax applications.

This practitioner perspective informs her teaching of Financial Statement Analysis and all four university-level taxation courses.
As a dual-credentialed CPA and attorney licensed in Missouri and Kansas, she maintains active affiliations with the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants, and American Bar Association. Her VITA program leadership demonstrates commitment to experiential learning and community engagement, directly applying classroom knowledge to assist underserved populations with complex tax filings.
