Dr. Will Brehm is an Associate Professor in Comparative and International Education at the University of Canberra, with adjunct positions at the Waseda Institute for Advanced Study (Tokyo) and the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia). He collaborates with international organizations like UNESCO and the World Bank.

His research integrates comparative education, international development, and political economy within the Mekong sub-region. Key themes include shadow education in Cambodia, regional identity construction in Southeast Asia, and everyday privatization in post-conflict societies.
