Wieland Poser

Prof. Wieland Poser is a renowned textile and fashion designer with a long academic career at the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle. He held the position of Professor for Fashion/Textile Design since 1994 and previously served as Head of the Textile Design Department (1989–1994). His career spans teaching, leadership, and extensive collaborative design work with textile firms in the GDR. Despite retiring in 2006, he remains actively involved in exhibitions, events, and academic activities.
