Whitney Ross Manzo is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Pre-Law Advisor at Meredith College. She directs the Undergraduate Research Program and coordinates the Accelerated Law Degree Program, with expertise in American politics, public opinion, and electoral law.
Research examines voting rights, gender in politics, and generational political differences. Recent publications analyze unaffiliated voters in North Carolina and pedagogical approaches in political science education.
As Assistant Director of the Meredith Poll, she contributes to statewide public opinion research. Media commentary addresses contemporary political issues through outlets including The Hill, NPR, and AP.
