Whitney Nyman

Whitney Nyman is a Visiting Instructor in the Educational Studies Department at St. Mary's College of Maryland. She earned her B.A. in History (2014) and M.A.T. in Social Studies (2015) from the same institution. Her teaching focuses on literacy and culturally responsive pedagogy, with experience in secondary social studies and language arts education in Washington state and Florida. She advises courses on literacy, classroom management, and the social foundations of education.
