Matthew Wilfong is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Environmental Studies Department at St. Mary's College of Maryland (SMCM). His research focuses on hydrosocial science, examining water-society relationships through interdisciplinary lenses. He holds a B.S. and B.A. in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Washington College (2015), an M.S. in Environmental Sciences from Towson University (2018), and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Technology from the University of Maryland, College Park (2022).
