Dr. Weverthon Barbosa Machado is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Sociology at Utrecht University, Netherlands. His work focuses on social stratification, family dynamics, and gender inequality. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the Institute of Social and Political Studies of Rio de Janeiro State University and was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute before joining Utrecht University.
