Weronika Siupka

Dr. Weronika Siupka is a full-time Professor and Head of the Department of Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, Poland. Specializing in graphic design, printmaking, and color science, she has maintained active academic and artistic roles since 2004.

Her educational foundation was established at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, where she obtained her diploma in 2003. Since then, she has developed notable artistic projects like Auto-da-fé (2014-2022) and currently works on the ws.XXI series (since 2023). Her work has been showcased in numerous solo exhibitions across Europe, South America, and Asia, including retrospectives in Łódź (2022) and Galicia (2024).

Scientific awards include:

• International Prize for Printmaking René Carcan - Grand Prix (2016)
• 39 Mini Print International of Cadaqués - Grand Prize (2019)
• Kitchen Print Biennale - First Prize (2023)
