Wenzel Geissler is a social anthropologist affiliated with the Cambridge Public Health department under the School of Engineering at the University of Cambridge. His research spans ethnographic and historical-anthropological studies of medical science in Africa, focusing on clinical trials, institutional collaborations, global health politics, bioethics, and health systems. Prior to his anthropological work, he earned a doctorate in Zoology with a focus on tropical medical parasitology.
