Wenli Yan

Wenli Yan is an Associate Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University's Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs. Her research examines state/local government finance, public-nonprofit financial management, and fiscal impacts of environmental regulations. Yan's work focuses on revenue structure effects on government stability, nonprofit borrowing patterns, and economic consequences of federal regulations.
