Wendy Jacob is a Lecturer in the Art, Culture, and Technology Program at MIT's School of Architecture and Planning. Her work integrates architecture, domestic space, and sensory engagement, often incorporating movement, temperature shifts, and references to bodily presence. She collaborates with Temple Grandin on furniture designs that provide sensory feedback, such as 'hugging' chairs, and is a founding member of the Chicago-based collaborative group Haha, active since 1989.
