Wendy Cumming-Potvin is an Associate Professor at Murdoch University's School of Education within the College of Health and Education. Her research focuses on equity, inclusion, and digital literacies, with a strong emphasis on gender, sexuality, and diversity. She holds a PhD from the University of Queensland, an MA from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. Dr. Cumming-Potvin has led significant projects such as the Young and Well Cooperative Research Centre initiative to create inclusive environments for LGBTQA+ communities and collaborated internationally on SSHR-funded studies supporting transgender youth in schools.
