Wen-Chen Chang

Wen-Chen Chang is a Distinguished Professor at National Taiwan University College of Law and a Joint-Appointment Professor at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law. She holds an LLM and JSD from Yale University.

Wen-Chen Chang has published extensively in comparative constitutional studies, with coedited volumes on Constitutionalism in Asia (2014), Asian Courts in Context (2015), and a forthcoming work on Gender, Sexuality and Constitutionalism in Asia (2023). Her work bridges theoretical analysis with empirical case studies across legal systems.
