Professor Wei Chen is Head of the School of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Sydney. She holds a B.Eng. and M.Eng. from Xian Jiaotong University, China, and a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne (2007). Her international experience includes positions at Bell Laboratories Germany and Eindhoven University of Technology. Professor Chen's research focuses on biomedical signal processing, wearable sensors for healthcare, and neural engineering applications.
