Wayne Kilcline is a Lecturer at Providence College's Music and Education Departments, with a career centered on music education and guitar instruction. He has been an elementary music teacher in Providence Schools since 1996, teaching general music, chorus, bell choir, recorder, and guitar to students while mentoring music education students from multiple institutions.

Wayne has received notable recognition, including the WJAR Channel 10 Golden Apple Award and being named Providence Schools Teacher of the Year in 2013. He also co-directs music at St. Charles Borromeo Church with his wife Rebecca and founded the Providence Youth Guitar Ensemble. Wayne plays a pivotal role in training future educators as a mentor to students from the University of Rhode Island, Providence College, and Rhode Island College.
