Dr. Wang Xueli is a tenured Associate Professor at the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He serves as Director of the Sports Industry Development Research Center and supervises PhD students.

Recently, he has expanded into sports industry policy, sports consumption, and sports service trade, serving as director of Tsinghua's Sports Industry Development Research Center and consultant to China's 14th Five-Year Plan for Sports.
His academic achievements include publications in top journals like Nankai Management Review, Management Review, and Journal of Business Ethics, with one Tsinghua Management Review article reprinted in Xinhua Digest. He has conducted over 30 enterprise research projects for state-owned groups and government agencies, including Beijing SASAC and World Bank collaborations.
