Dr. Mo Wang is a University Distinguished Professor and Lanzillotti-McKethan Eminent Scholar Chair at the Warrington College of Business, University of Florida. He also serves as Department Chair of Management and Director of the Human Resource Research Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University (2005). His research focuses on retirement processes, occupational health psychology, and advanced quantitative methods, generating over 30,000 Google Scholar citations (H-index 87). He has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles in top journals like Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal.

- Fellow of Academy of Management (AOM), American Psychological Association (APA), and Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP)
His research has been supported by $6M in grants from NIH, NSF, and others. Notable roles include Director of NSF’s Science of Organizations Program (2014–2016) and member of the National Academies’ Board on Behavioral, Cognitive, and Sensory Sciences (2023–2025). He has given over 100 invited keynotes globally and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Work, Aging and Retirement.
