W. Rod Harrell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Clemson University's College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park (1994), and prior degrees from the University of Kentucky, his academic journey includes research at the NSA's Microelectronics Research Laboratory and professional experience at the National Security Agency.
