Neil Goldsman

Neil Goldsman is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, affiliated with the A. James Clark School of Engineering. His research focuses on device physics, electron transport in high-electric fields, microelectronic reliability, and semiconductor device modeling.
