Volker Haucke

Professor Volker Haucke leads a research group at the Free University of Berlin's Institute of Chemistry and Biochemistry within the Faculty of Biology, Chemistry and Pharmacy. His internationally recognized work bridges cellular neuroscience and molecular membrane dynamics, focusing on how lipid signaling regulates neuronal function and degeneration.

His research spans critical areas including:
